2 Women Pregnant By Same Man, Violent Fight Ends In Foot Amputation
HOUSTON – A fight between two women pregnant by the same man ended with one seriously injured and the other being sought by officers.
KHOU reports that Shareyll Hunter, 26, is accused of hitting Alise Kelly, 21, with a car on Thursday. The second woman was pinned against a home in the 9600 block of Ravensworth in southwest Houston. Kelly suffered two broken legs, and one of her feet was amputated, KHOU reports. But the baby is expected to be OK.
Authorities are looking for Hunter, who reportedly fled in a Lincoln LS that belonged to her ex.
Both Hunter and Kelly are expecting babies with Chris Chaney, according to the reports. Hunter already has two children with Chaney, KTRK says. She is five months pregnant and the victim is four months pregnant, according to KHOU.
Chaney explains to KHOU how things got out of control:
“I was in my house asleep, and then one of my kids’ mothers came. I mean, they been texting and talking over the phone saying they want to fight each other and meet up right here and do it.”
“When I came outside, I seen my kids’ mother punching on the window and she wanted to fight the other one.”
Chaney tells KTRK that Hunter took his car and rammed it into the second woman. The victim was reportedly sent to Memorial Hermann Hospital, and Hunter allegedly drove off with her ex’s car.
Chaney offers this reason to the news stations why the two women can’t get along: “I don’t know if it’s because of me or what. I mean, I am handsome.”
